| A dear lady once told me that to understand Bethany, you have to understand The Stew. On the surface, The Stew is just another fundraiser. We make about a thousand quarts of Brunswick stew and sell them to raise money. But it's more than that. It is a Bethany tradition involving men and women, the young and the used-to-be-young, all contributing at least a couple of hours to the project. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
